Therefore, we are looking for an experienced project manager who will join the newly formed R&D team in IT-Impulse and shape the future of energy management with the company which is setting new standards with sustainable, targeted, and modern solutions. Job description:
As a Project Manager, your day would consist of:
- The coordination and control of development projects in the area of power electronics/solar inverters is a focus of your field of activity.
- You will be responsible for tracking and ensuring project goals in terms of costs, deadlines and quality
- Coordination of technical requirements with specialist departments and customers
- Documentation and reporting of project progress
- You will also assist in the further development of internal processes
- You will collaborate in the review and development of requirements and functional specifications
- You travel to Budapest occasionally, where the production is located

- You have a successfully completed engineering degree, for example in the field of electronics/electrical engineering, engineering, or a comparable discipline
- You already have several years of professional experience in project management and in leading development teams, as well as in project management and product development.
- You can convince with a confident handling of the common project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence
- You are competent in leading interdisciplinary project teams and have excellent organizational and presentation skills
- You have a high degree of independence, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- You have a great interest in the topic of energy transition
- Your very good written and spoken German and English skills enable you to act confidently in an international environment.
